The Dijlah University College congratulates the Assistant Professor Dr. Majed Salal Naghamsh, the Head
of the Department of Computer Engineering Techniques and the Lecturer Dr. Ghassan Akram Abed for
obtaining the first place in the book award authoring in the engineering specialization within the (Iraqi
Science Day 2019 Competition), for their book Fundamentals of Mobile Communication Systems. The
competition is annually organized by the Ministry of Higher education and scientific research. We wish
them all the best of luck and prosperity for our university.
